I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with super clean rooms and well-maintained hotel facilities. The staff was friendly and were pretty good too provide really good service. They gave great recommendations on things to see and do in this city. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the city center, close to the best shopping areas. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. I also appreciated the availability of parking and transportation services.

Staying at this hotel was an experience of pure luxury. the staff was exceptional, making me feel like royalty from the moment I arrived. the exclusive amenities, like the beautiful Spa & wellness centre, made my stay even more indulgent. the Swimming pool was stunning, and the Jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. the Massage services provided at the hotel were top-notch, and the Turkish bath was an experience I will never forget. the Garden area was also a highlight, with lush greenery and stunning flowers all around.
The only minor issue I had was that this hotel was quite far from the city centre, so it took me some time to reach it. the hotel staff arranged all my transfers for me, making it a hassle-free experience.

The staff were exceptional, attentive without being pushy. The hotel had beautiful ornate detailing reminiscent of the Alhambra. The rooms were stunning and the food was delicious. The service was exceptional, one of the best we've experienced globally.
